Be accused A (company name) was accused by B. Is this correct?

Technically, I guess it is correct, but it is not really enough. You really need to say what they were accused of. A was accused by B of C. e.g. HTC was accused by Apple of infringing their patents.

Gary's answer is correct. In addition to that I should say you can always use "to sue", similar to accuse. I am going to sue my doctor. (For example) You can always add the reasons behind that. Cheers :)
