Also = You agree & you want to add more comments too = You agree & you don't give a damn. Both the same. "Also" is you agree and want to say more. "Too" is you just agree ONLY.

They mean the same thing,but you put ''also'' before the verb and ''too'' at the end of the sentence. Ex. She likes being abroad. I also like it. Harry hates loud music. I hate it,too. I hope I helped you. :))
