polite way to say "he deserves it" ?
To be more polite when i talk about my teacher ... can i say "they deserve it" instead of "he deserves it" ??

"They" is not more polite than "he". If you know that your teacher is a man, you should use "he". It would sound odd to refer to an individual you know with a plural pronoun.
