Spend time Can we say I spend 2 hours for physics, 1 hour for washing, spend the time for something or on something ? Do you have better were or expression?

I think it it is usually 'on' with spend, certainly with tasks. With verbs you don't need any conjunction (is that the right word?). But you can also spend time at a place: I spend 2 hours at school studying. I spend 2 hours studying. I spend 2 hours on washing.
