Are these sentences OK? Nobody leave the bus! It's dangerous out here. Nobody get off the bus! There are wild animals out here.

You should definitely say: Nobody leave the bus! It's dangerous out there. Nobody get off the bus! There are wild animals out there. The sentence implies that you are inside the bus, and that the animals are outside the bus. If someones says inside a bus "It's dangerous out here", the immediate implication is that you should leave the bus as soon as you can!!

"there" is better and more usual, but at times, "here" could be OK too

It should be out there, not, "out here'". otherwise both sentences seem right to me. I hope i was helpful.
