You can say either 'all kinds of fruit' or 'all kinds of fruits', 'all kinds of food' or 'all kinds of foods' : 'fruit' and 'food' are usually an uncountable (mass) nouns, but they can be countable if you are thinking about different types of fruit or foods. The only odd thing is the word 'somehow'. It isn't clear what you mean by 'somehow'. 'Somehow' means in some way or another or by some method or another - it doesn't really fit in these sentences.
