How do you say "Perdon me" in Italian when you couldn't hear what a person had just said? Is it "scusi"? Or any other useful and common phases in Italian? Grazie mille.

Yes, you can say 'Scusi?' to. If is a unknow person, you can to say ' Mi scusi?'or 'Prego?' or 'Mi perdoni, non ho capito. Vorrebbe ripetere, per favore?' Is depend of wath for a people is, know or strange.
