Does this make sense? "어쩌면 미래에 난 할 겁니다" supposed to say 'Maybe I will do in the future"

It makes sense if it is part of a longer sentence, by itself it looks like a dependant clause. A dependent clause (or subordinate clause) is one that cannot stand alone as a complete sentence because it does not express a complete thought. Out of context I would say 'Maybe I will in the future' or 'Maybe I will do this in the future' it would be easier to check if seen in the context of what you are trying to convey.
