Pelin both are correct yes. The difference is that in the first one you are looking for someone leaving in a place NOW. And in terms of the second sentence - you are looking for someone who used to live there in the PAST.

I assume by leave you mean live, (I'm looking for someone who used to live here) other than that yes :)
