Question for Italki teachers How do you communicate with your students whos native language you don't know? Let's say there is a guy from China who does not speak French at all and there is a teacher of French who does not speak Chinese at all, how do they communicate?

I'm not an italki teacher, but as far as I'm aware, the universal language for teaching is English if you don't have someone who can speak your native language. If you didn't speak English, you probably wouldn't look for a teacher who doesn't speak your native language.
