I spilled it on myself is correct. When an action is reflexive or performed on oneself, it is proper to use myself instead of me, yourself instead of you, himself instead of him, etc. "He hurt him" means "he" injured another person, "him" "He hurt himself" means "He" injured his own body, not another person.
