The kanji is not very clear but I think it's 殴ろう[なぐろう], the infinitive is 殴る[なぐる]( = to hit). I hope this was helpful.

I'm not too sure myself and i'm interested to find out. I interpreted it as just a scribble, like how this can be done in the English language. http://gyazo.com/b366257de7f62649bc5156c7b70f4e11 Its purpose in writing is to imply something is done, and let's the reader decide on what the blank is. Well I might be wrong, studying Japanese myself. Hope to hear native speaker's responses!
