Could this be possible? A native English speaker gave me a correction that said "I'll went shopping". What I wrote was "I'll go shopping". I've never seen "will" follow anything other than verbs of dictionary form. "I'll went" seemed weird to me. Do you think "I'll went shopping" works? Would you use this?

That is definitely not accurate. You could say "I will go shopping" or "I'll go shopping" if you're talking about it in the future. "I'll went shopping" becomes "I will went shopping" which mixes past and future tenses and in this case is incorrect. If talking about the past, you could use "I went shopping".
