I guess the 'iron' part of the name comes from 'pumping iron', which is a term that is used sometimes to describe weights training. 'Tek' would be a misspelt abbreviation of technology. So combining the two terms you have a company that makes products to help people with bodybuilding and weight training. But 'iron-tek' is a made-up word, it doesn't mean anything.
