Another word for "speed bump" and some questions about the video transcripts
Are there different words for "speed bump"?
Also, what are the transcripts at 1:00, 1:33, and 1:44 of this YouTube video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gfh4q3Tjhwc)?
What I heard are:
1. as contact with a surface such as ? or ?
2. since it's made of ? great rubber
3. or anything else that can ? or penetrate pneumatic tire

Sometimes they are also called "sleeping policemen" or "silent policemen" :) Apart from that, I'm not familiar with any other names.
1. "As contact with a surface such as asphalt or turf is applied..."
2. "....since it's made of automotive grade rubber..."
3. "...that could ruin or penetrate a pneumatic tyre..."
"Automotive" refers to anything relating to car making. So the tyres are of the same standard/design type as car tyres.
