please help with this sentence International aid is a form of domination which no only does not help but is in fact a from of loot. What should i write instead of "which no only does not" as two negative words may not seem fine.

I don't know whether the three mistakes are in the original, or whether you've copied this incorrectly, but it should be "International aid is a form of domination which NOT only does not help but is in fact a form of looting. " The double negative '..which not only does not help' is correct, but a little awkward and clumsy. It would be better to say something like '..which is not only unhelpful.'
