"Associate degree" or "Associate's degree"?

It depends who you ask. The 'Chicago Manual of Style' says: "...both “associate degree” and “associate’s degree” are widely used, and they both seem reasonable and logical." In other words, there is no standard spelling or usage, and different institutions and universities use different spellings.

Associate's degree. But both of them use occasionally.
