혼자 되느니 차라리 너의 예쁜 손에 죽고 싶어
is more natural
If you translate more close to the English sentence
혼자 되느니 차라리 너에게 죽고 싶어.
because, there is no word like "with your beautiful hands" (예쁜 손에)
