what's the difference between these two ways of writting? ich bräuchte jemanden der Deutsch spricht ich braucvhe jemand der Deutsch spricht what is the incorrect way and why?

Both are correct (but there's a typing mistake, it's "Ich brauche (!) jemand(en) ..."). Both "jemand" and "jemanden" are possible in both sentences (in general, you can always choose one of those, but "jemanden" has a better rhythm here). The first one with the Konjunktiv is more polite. The second is very direct, and states a fact.
