In the filme "Planet of Apes", I read the phrase: "Apes not kill apes". Is that phrase correct? Why? I've tought that the corret was "Apes don't kill apes".

"apes not kill apes" sounds odd "apes dont kill apes" is better. Thats because in the movie the apes cannot verbally communicate that well like the humans.
