I am not sure what the context is - it sounds like marketing language. "covered" in this sense means "protected", "taken care of" i.e. you can relax because whatever happens to you, we will be there to support and ensure that you are OK. So "help" is similar, but it's more than that - it's enough help to make sure that you are not disadvantaged by a bad situation.
