They are in colloquial, informal English. 1) "I want to go home now." 2) "I love this place. I want to come here often." 3) It is a soft way of saying "You are saying things that are making me angry. Stop saying them." 4) "I am very irritated at having to work so hard." I don't understand #5 without more context.
