Is "thank you the same" correct? "Don't worry about it. Thank you the same." I've heard this expression a lot but I'm not sure if it's correct. Could you help me?

I think "Don't worry about it. Thank you all the same." is correct. For example, you would say it if you have asked someone a question and they don't know the answer. They will say "Sorry, I don't know" and you would then say "Don't worry about it, thanks all the same."
