while.as
About verb tenses.
I think " as "can be followed by either simple or continuous tenses.is there a case in which " while" can take tenses different from past continuous?
ThanksFor ex. While I was watching tv, she was studying. This is correct. But how about :
While he waited for her, he noticed how close his face wad to Ann's.
When can I use past simple after " while?
Thanks
