Is it correct: "I seek to understand what the life of a worker" ? Hi! Is it more correct to say : - "I seek to understand what the life of a worker." - "I seek to understand what *is* the life of a worker." -"I seek to understand what the life of a worker *is*." Thanks!

'I seek to understand the life of a worker' is also correct. Or has been said, 'I seek to understand what the life of a worker is like' is right.

Of the options you listed, only the last one is correct, but Sean's suggestion sounds more natural.
