The more you practice, the better you well become. There is no quick way of learning in my opinion, you just have to give it lots of time.

1st of all ...don't think that it's so difficult ..I can't do it...can't learn it!! Now I come to the topic...u wanna learn English very fastly...so no need to read any thing...no need to write anything.. !! Just focus on listening... Listening and listening!! No need to see or look anything with your eyes...just listen with your ears!!! I am sure u will get a batter result soon!!

Do what you enjoy and do it consistently. Some days you might want to read, other days you might want to talk, etc., etc., etc. As long as you're consistent, you should find yourself making progress. Give yourself the time frame of 6 months to one year and you'll be amazed at how much you will have learned in that period.

You can watch films or listen to podcasts in English. It is also good to read news or books. There are many funny jokes, blogs and short stories. Try to do something everyday, it doesn't have to be long, even 15 minutes is good.
