How to say "to get in(to)"? For example to get in disaster: I know that there I should use verb "au", but which "au"?: 1.事故に会います。 2.事故に合います。 It seems to me that second variant is correct, but I'm not sure.

Only when get in a disaster, an accident or other bad events, we use "遭う" (pronounced "au") So 「事故に遭います。」 is the correct answer. In general, 「会う」 is used for "meeting (a person)" Meanwhile, 「合う」 has broad meanings but is represented by "to match, to fit", etc.
