how to have a good practise when u have less time to have some sports?

well it is a good question...i think that you have to organise your self.just you make a simple plan of work,shopping,tv,hang out with friends,visiting relatives and sport..it is not necesary to do sport everyday for several hours...you are not preparing for olypic games.lol..just organise your self:)have a nice day

Is dependent of what extend you want to bring your sports to. For professional level, you might need to find more time for practice giving up your leisure for it. For health, you only need to find about 6 to 8 hours a week. All said, its about time management and discipline.
