Do u think that self learning may help in chinese language?

Unless you live in a country where the target language you are learning is prominent, it is imperative to do a lot of self study. Even if you do live in such a country, it is important. Technology has grown a lot to give tools necessary to improve language such as italki but face-to-face communication is where you can develop the language systems of phonology, lexis, grammar, function, and discourse which are all needed to master a language.

Maybe yes, maybe not. At least you need someone can corrects your pronunciation, I think. It's such a big deal, you could mispronounce Wen4(ask) like Wen3(kiss) without noticing it. If I was a boy, I could get a slap on my face.
