It makes no difference who proposes to whom as long as the couple are happy and want to get married.

i will go either way.some male loves but doesnt tell.many will repend later.but may be a great miss my the lady also.become the person of him,who can say everything to u.why cant u tell?afterall ladies ladies hve no courage?i think u must make him say,his will say ,i am sure...........

if she love him why not , and remember that some men are very shys in love no differance

if love is true no matter who have to propose, if you think man must have to propose first and he is so much hasitating to do so that he cant,then you always think that may that time come back i must purpose to that person
