I also think you should go with your real name. It helps educate the world's ears :)) However, if you must have an English name, I think one that soudns very close to your name is Leonee (not sure how it's spelled but it's a pretty name).

I think you shall use your real name, and not just pick some random one. If you however really want to adopt an English name, I think you should choose one that sounds somewhat like your real name, like Kathleen, which, I think, fits pretty well with Le.

Maybe Amy, Lisa, Meagan, April, or Iris. A lot of names to choose from, but that's just some ideas ^^
