I think sure we should read all the answers posted before, to get a better idea if it's worthy to answer or not ! coz maybe people b4 u hav the same idea & they already answered! so it we would be a repitition ! & sometimes we don't need to read previous posts if it is related with sharing our personal experiences coz everyone has his own view .. if i had no idea about what the Q i would preffer to read answers & put a thumb(+) 4 who deserve :-p rather than repeating what is already said (it's waste of time 4 both writer & reader) !!
