Bokutachi means us, the boku is the masculine for I, and tachi is for "us". You can say watashitachi as well (gender neutral).
Datta is the plain form of the past tense for nouns and 'na' adjectives- is, da. was, datta. Is not, janai or janai da. Was not, janakatta.
