US is pretty diverse in eating, and we have different foods in different areas.
For example in the south they like to eat from barbeque pits and they have cajun and creole style cooking. Pulled pork, chicken fried steak, jambalaya, cornbread and sweet tea are common to that region.
East coast has clam chowder, lobster, cheese steak sandwiches, crabcakes, and cheese cake.
Southwest Coast has a mix of Mexican (Tex-Mex) and Asian foods. Guacomole, chili (not the pepper but the food), fajitas, french dip sandiwch, and margaritas
