I'm not entirely sure what you want to say, because you use "I" in the first part but later switch the subject to "he". I'll take a wild guess and assume that you meant "I" in the second part: "I work at a foreign enterprise and I want to become a professional manager, so I can start my own business." Anyway, I have to guess here and if I guessed wrong then the meaning is way off. You can send me a message if you want me to look at the original Chinese to get the right meaning.
