fresh olive-feta cream.
- 300gr feta cheese
- 200gr fresh green olives (including olive-seed)
- 3gr fresh basil
- 5gr oregano
Immerse the olives into boiling water and keep immersed for 20min.
Allow the olives to cool or cool them underneath running water.
squeeze the olives between your thumb and index finger and separate the olive flesh from the skin and the seed.
Once you collect the olive flesh insert it with the rest of the mixture into a blender and blend light to moderate.
It may perfect escort fine wine served cold or in room temperature.
mmmmmmmmmmm, it sound so delicious, I often have olive paste on toasted bread, but adding the feta and basil sounds scrumptious! Add some of that cherry preserve and some sweet tea and you have a very nice way to start the day!
