could I use two tenses in one sentence ?
I studied English, French and Pedagogy at university because I wanted to be a teacher and I enjoy learning different languages.
How to make this sentence better ?

Yes you can use multiple tenses in the same sentence.
For your sentence it is ok. But, it implies that you wanted to be a teacher when you were at University, but maybe are not or may not now want to be a teacher. Also implies that you did and still enjoy learning languages.
So it depends on exactly what you want to say.
