It's all about the same, but I read it as "Let's get along from here on out, okay?" Like I said, same idea as all the other answers, but I think this is the most literal translation.

I'm not entirely sure if this is correct, but from what i've gathered, it means something along the lines of "I hope we get along in the future" I hope your studies of Japanese language is going well.
