Which of theese phrases are correct? Hi, I don't know why the first question or the second can be correct. The phrases are: Why is your hair wet? or Why is wet your hair? and Can you tell me where is the restaurant? or Can you tell me where the restaurant is?and what about the first phrase?

The correct one is "can you tell me where the restaurant is?" When you put a question word in the middle of a sentence it moves the verb.

Also: 'Can you tell me where the restaurant is?' or simply 'Where is the restaurant?'
