I suggest that if you understand the context, you shouldn't look up every unknown word in the dictionary, because you will get annoyed and it destroys the reading experience. If a word comes up multiple times or it's necessary to understand what you are reading, then it's better to look it up, but otherwise just read and try to understand the context. If I read something in a foreign language, reading the text twice usually helps understand it, even if I don't know every word. Hope this helps. Good luck!
