상사 = a superior 라=라서 = because 상사. 라서 = because he(she) is a superior The phrase is too short to understand the meaning . Sorry.

Why don't you give us the full sentence? Below is my wild guess. 상사: superior, boss 상사라: because he/she is the superior/boss
