Which one is correct? Thanks. Do you teach one on one lessons? Do you teach one to one lessons? Do you teach one for one lessons? Which one is correct? Or all of them are correct? Thanks.

You can say either 'one-to-one lessons' or 'one-on-one lessons'. Both are correct, but it's best to connect the words with hyphens. You can't use 'for' in this context.
