"You wouldn't have known him without me" Yes it is correct (but I would always put a period at the end of a sentence). It has the same meaning as "You wouldn't have known him if it hadn't been for me". Which means "You got to know him all because of me [thanks to me]".

Yes that is fine. Or another way could be ' You would not have gotten to know him without me '
