좋다 / 좋아하다 The teacher explained to me that : 1.noun이/가 + 좋다 ex)민수가 좋다. 2.noun을/를 or 은/는 + 좋아하다 ex)우리는 모두 민수를 좋아합니다. But I found in my book a sentence : 국민이 좋아합니다.Why is 이 used with 좋아하다?Shouldn't that be 국민이 좋습니다?

국민이 is the subject for certain. The object is missing. Maybe it is set in an earlier sentence as the topic. Or the next sentence will tell you about this object.
