Would it be correct to say like this?
In fact, over half of the humanity (mankind, humankind) have to live with water shortages every day.If not to use "live with" what would be the best word (or phrase) to use: "be reconciled, "make* it up with", reconcile oneself to, resign oneself to?Instead of live with I want to use something like "ACCEPT"

Live with is fine, but the rest of your sentence isn't.
"In fact, over half of mankind have to live with water shortages every day."

Would it be good to say "In fact, over half of humanity have to reconcile themselves to water shortages every day." to reconcile themselves to instead of "ACCEPT"
