Is this sentence correct? We want to win at any cost, because, from childhood, we are learning that winning is the most important. We also learned to trust own us.

The first sentence is grammatically correct, but you probably want the simple present for "learn". Perhaps also "important thing". The second "learn" should probably be consistent, but I can't make the meaning of that second sentence out -- it definitely is not right.
