Do Germans have any sort of celebration on the anniversary of the fall of the wall?

Not really, it is kinda celebrated together with "Tag der Deutschen Einheit" (German unity day)
but not really.

Normally not much. There were many celebrations on the 25th anniversary, mainly in Berlin, but that was an exception. (Perhaps also because it's the anniversary of the events on 9 November 1938 as well. →https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/November_9_in_German_history)
