Tunichtgut hat (bis auf die Rechtschreibung) völlig recht. Domasla natürlich auch. Im Alltag werden trotzdem häufig andere, einfachere Formen verwendet... Außerdem würde ich persönlich nur sehr selten "wieso" benutzen. Häufiger ist wohl "warum" (wie Domasla schon angedeutet hat)... 1. Warum sind so viele Menschen hier? (Okay, that doesn't include the word "assemble" but it's sort of implied) 2. Warum kommst Du nicht (einfach) mit? (Why don't you just join? This is much less complicated and much more commonly used than the proposal of Tunichtgut) 3. Warum ist er/sie heute nicht gekommen? ("erschienen" and "aufgetaucht" are also correct, but they sound rather posh and extremely colloquial, respectively)

@ Knut , good point "Wieso" and "Warum" thx The easier forms given by you are much more use in dally life I like to add that i tried to stay as close to the original lines as possible @ sunita I would like to give YOU some vocab. to make it more clear what WE are talking about assemble = versammelt accompany = anschließen/begleiten ( mitkommen/unterstützen ) to come along = mitkommen to turn up = auftauchen / erscheinen He failed to turn up = Er erschien nicht He didn´t come along = Er kam nicht to appear = auftauchen / kommen / erscheinen / auftauchen
