with a budget Hi everyone, I wonder what it means here 'with a budget' Traveling with our bikes was a win-win situation, it cost us less plus it's good for our health. It worked since we were only students with a budget. For me, It sounds like a bit of money for students.

Budget = plan for use of money. "With a budget" = plan for use of money, and they don't have a lot of money, so everything cheap (like travelling by bike) is works well with their (limited) budget.
