"I prefer this restaurant because it is more intimate and elegant. Nobody will disturb us since there is a room for us all.
could we say " an intimate atmosphere"

Yes, this sounds perfect to me. The one change I, as a native speaker, would make, is to use "as" instead of "since", but it is not an error.
Well done. I like places with an intimate atmosphere too, but not when they are too quiet/empty!
